I’m Aiden Luchian, a recent graduate interested in media, marketing strategy, and brand communications.

Through my internship at Compound Growth Marketing, I gained hands-on experience supporting agency work across paid media, campaign research, competitive analysis, content strategy, and client-facing deliverables. I worked on projects involving B2B advertising, media planning, audience research, DSPs, paid social, CTV, and campaign positioning, helping turn research into clear insights and recommendations.

My strengths are in understanding audiences, organizing information, writing clearly, and connecting creative ideas to strategic goals. I enjoy the mix of research, media, and storytelling that goes into building campaigns, especially in fast-moving agency environments where every detail matters.

I’m looking for an entry-level role at a marketing, advertising, or media agency where I can contribute to real client work, keep learning from experienced teams, and grow into a stronger strategist and media professional.
